Can anyone give me advice regarding circumcision?

The guy that i am with isn't circumcised, it doesn't bother me. Sometimes he talks about it and i really don't get what he talking about. I'd just like some information about it. Does it make a difference to a guy to be uncircumcised? Is it better to be uncircumcised?
